Inn Spirits is a brand of River Inn and is operated by DEA Immobilien AG.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for Inn Spirits products. By placing an order (e.g. by email or phone), the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Gin and other alcoholic beverages may only be sold to customers aged 18 or older. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal minimum age requirement. Inn Spirits reserves the right to conduct age verification or cancel orders if the customer’s age cannot be confirmed.
All prices are listed in CHF and include applicable Swiss taxes (e.g., VAT). Shipping costs are stated separately and communicated before the contract is concluded.
Accepted payment method: Bank transfer. After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice by email. We kindly ask you to transfer the invoice amount promptly.
All goods remain the property of DEA Immobilien AG until full payment has been received. If payment is not completed or is reversed, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and reclaim the goods.
The product presentations on the website are for information only and do not constitute a legally binding offer. A purchase contract is only concluded once Inn Spirits, on behalf of DEA Immobilien AG, expressly confirms your order by email.

There is no general right of return or refund for purchased products. If products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, customers must contact us within 7 days. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if justified, solutions such as replacement, refund, or credit may be offered.
