1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Switzerland.
Shipping to other countries or regions is available only upon request and must be agreed to in advance.

2. Delivery Times

All orders are typically delivered within: 3–5 working days within Switzerland.

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

• We will inform you if unusual delays occur.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout and depend on the order size and delivery address.
Special requests or international shipments (on request only) may incur additional fees.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as payment is received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delays may occur.

5. Risk of Transport

Once the package is handed over to the carrier (e.g., Swiss Post), responsibility for transport and delivery passes to the customer.

Because we sell alcoholic products:

• Deliveries may require age verification.
