Earl Grey Sour

To a cocktail shaker, add:

  • 4.5 cl Black Gin

  • 2.5 cl lemon juice

  • 3 cl simple syrup

  • 1 egg white


Dry shake the first time without ice (This will allow the egg white to foam up)

Shake a second time with ice and strain into an iced tumbler glass

Garnish with a teabag or fresh lemon zest
